- Legal representation of our clients with the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to coordinate the following services:
- Issuance of Flight permits (Take Off, Landing, over flying).
- Issuance of Flight Slots for scheduled, chartered, and Umrah and Hajj flights,
including slot amendments and /or cancellations.
- Payment of GACA’s Fees and Dues on behalf of clients.
- Issuance of Flight Operation Certificate (FOC) and/or renewing FOCs.
Aircraft Leasing and Trading Support including flight planning and scheduling plus the necessary submission and coordination of such schedules to GACA.
Legal representation of Airlines/Airways and Aircraft Owners with the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) and other governmental agencies of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Management of Business and Corporate Aviation operators including the following services:
- Aircraft Catering.
- Airport Ground Handling.
- Aircraft Fueling.
- Airport Fees and Taxes.
